1. Custom-Made Products
All jewelry pieces are custom-made to order, designed specifically for each customer based on their selected numerology numbers, gemstones, and personalized details. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom-made items.

2. Order Accuracy
We encourage customers to review all order details thoroughly before completing their purchase, including customization options like number selections, gemstone choices, chain lengths, and other personalized preferences. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to begin crafting your custom piece and cannot be changed or modified. Please reach out to our support team within 24 hours if you notice an error; we’ll do our best to accommodate before production starts but cannot guarantee adjustments.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of each piece. In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a claim, email our support team at info@elucid8-jewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We’ll review the claim and provide options for a replacement or repair.

4. Order Cancellations
Because each item is individually crafted upon ordering, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer.

5. Jewelry Care & Warranty
To help protect your investment, we redirect you to our materials & care page. Following these care instructions will help keep your jewelry in excellent condition. We offer a one-year warranty on all pieces for issues relating to craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.
